I played defence (Black) here in a one-minute bullet game on Lichess.
This is the opening position of "Caro-Kann Defence: Exchange Variation" from my standpoint as Black.
My opponent resigned. Quite an intense game, that was.

Very different. Well, same chessboard and pieces, but the playing part — the calculation depth, mental stamina, and so on.
Essentially, think of the drills for sprint and marathon.
