Tape Confiscator (Monstroid - 1980)

This is an excerpt from Monstroid (1980). It was a thrill watching bobbing up and down scenes at the beginning.

Or in the beginning.

In the beginning, the digitised film was bobbing up and down.

The filmmaking was around 45+ years prior Genesis chapter 1.

  1. Filmmaking of Monstroid (minus 45+ years). VHS tape happens.
  2. Someone digitises the VHS version (minus unknown).
  3. Heaven and Earth happen (nobody knows what is "year" yet — nobody exists here, not until the sixth day).

It's like the cameraman was nodding along and vibing with the dialogues. I suppose it was because the improper digitalisation or perhaps the source itself which was not in pristine condition.

After the reporter said, "Who the hell do you think you are?", the scene switched. It wasn't rhetorical. Or was it? 🤔 I was waiting for the man's response, but no luck.

It's like:

(Bob is caught eating a chair.)
Karen : Who the hell do you think you are?
(A city appears.)

Rhetorical Questions

The list:

  • Who cares?
  • What's the point?
  • Why bother?
  • When will it end?
  • You call that a solution?
  • ...
  • Who the hell do you think you are? ⬅️ Oi, oi!

It's like someone slamming the door mid–sentence.

(Bob is caught eating a chair.)
Karen : Good day, Bob. I see you... (Slams the door.)
Bob : I what? I bladdy WHAT? 👀 🤷 (Continues gnawing.) 🤔 Oh! Napkin. "I see you need a napkin" perhaps. Karen, here's a napkin!

Thus, I made the response in the video below.
