Monkey Raptor

This is an excerpt from Monstroid (1980). It was a thrill watching bobbing up and down scenes at the beginning. It's like the cameraman was nodding along and vibing with the dialogues. I suppose it was because the improper digitalization or perhaps the source itself which was not in pristine condition.

After the reporter said, "Who the hell do you think you are?", the scene switched. I was waiting for the man's response, but no luck. Thus, I made the response in the video below.

His duty is to confiscate VHS tape left and right by request or by himself. He's the elite TAPE CONFISCATOR force.
