Simple Piranhas

A phrase from Asterix the Gaul / Astérix le Gaulois (animated movie - 1967).

I misheard it.

It's Romanus o'lingus. The Latin "dead" language sort of.

It's actually:
Semper paratus

First when I heard it, it sounded like "simple piranhas". I laughed, then oh, not.

Semper paratus means "always ready" or "always prepared", apparently.
